QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Quality segment, which means Quality Management System in 2017 of PT Tira Austenite Tbk succeeded to preserve 2 strength of ISP 9001:2008 in Industrial Gases division and Supply Chain Department with surveillance audit granted for the second time. .
With a purpose to ensure that Industrial Gases division and Industrial Products are well-prepared to ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001 version 2015) in 2018, the year of 2017 was the second year to stabilize the target of certificate changing for Industrial Gases and re-certification of ISO 9001:2015 for Industrial Product
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
Health, Safety and Environment, which is also named as K3 Management System (SMK3) in 2017, Committee of P2K3 (Committee of Health, Safety and Environment) that is still chaired by President Director of PT Tira Austenite Tbk (Mr. Selo WInardi) again committed and attempted to assure and protect employees’ health, safety and environment through prevention against work accident and work illness.
One of the attempts was providing training regarding HSE to all employess to allow good performance in 2017.
In addition, the Committee also preserved activities such as:
- Performing monthly safety meeting
- Emergency Training and the usage of APAR
- Creating Safety Bulletin
PERFORMANCE OF HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONTMENT
In 2017, PT Tira Austenite Tbk again succeeded to preserve its best performance through Zero Fatalistic and Zero Loss Time Injuries. Aside of both parameters, performance concern on preventable accident road in 2017 also remained good as it achieved below maximum target determined where the target was below 1.5 Frequency Rate with actual number of 1.3
